Please join us in congratulating William Brundage, NSMC '04 who was asked by Secretary Chertoff to become the first senior DHS liaison to NORAD USNORTHCOM. This is a new senior executive service position charged with shaping and fostering interagency relationships between DHS and NORAD USNORTHCOM.  We wish Bill all the best of luck in his new role.

Air Force Brigadier General Randal D. Fulhart is being assigned as Commandant, Air Command and Staff College, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.  Fulhart is currently assigned as Commander, College of  Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama

Air Force Brigadier General William N. McCasland (NSMC 2003), promoted to Major General, Director, Space Acquisition, Office of the Under Secretary of the Air Force.

Ms. Aurea L. Rivera has been promoted to: DISL, Senior Intelligence Engineer, Directorate of Data Exploitation, National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Air Intelligence Agency, Air Combat Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

General Buster Hagenbeck (NSLC 2003) was recently honored with his third star. We congratulate Lieutenant General Hagenbeck in his new position as Deputy Chief of Staff of Personnel.

For those of you who were not aware yet please join us in congratulating, Lieutenant General David W. Barno (NSLC 2002), he was recently promoted from Commanding General US Army Training Center and Commander Fort Jackson to Commander Military Operations in Afghanistan. He is part of Central Command in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Some of you will recognize Lt. General David Barno as your NSLC 2002 classmate. This article appeared on the wire service and in our local Syracuse Post Standard. We wish him success and safe keeping.
